Does freeze away skin tag remover work? ›

The product works, I used it on a tag that was just barely 2mm and I was able to pop the tag off without issue after 3 treatments. That being said the effectiveness is extremely dependent on the size of the tag; the bigger the tag, the better it works, the smaller the tag the less safe it is to use.

It does work on smaller skin tags. The instructions say not to use on skin tags larger than 6mm. There's a good reason for that, all it does is burn the outer layers of skin off and doesn't remove the tag completely.
