Hill, 24, died Sunday, in Eastern Afghanistan. Mr. Hill was a member of the United States Army as a mine field specialist. He was. a NASCAR fan, his favorite driver was Dale Earnhart, Jr.

He enjoyed playing Play Station and Xbox. He was a member of National Rifle Association. He was the son of Terry Hill, Marion and Susan (Kilgore) Hill, Fairmount. He married Alexis Capes on Feb. 4, 2005, she survives.

He is also survived by his children, Arianna Maree. Fowlerton and Jalin Lee Hill, Summitville; Maternal grandmother, Betty Lou Butler, Fairmount; Paternal grandparents, James Maurice 'Jake' Burman 14, 1922 March 18, 2006 James Maurice 'Jake' Burman, 83, died Saturday in Marion General Hospital. Jake was born in Huntington, the son of the late. Carl H.H. Burman and Garnet (Nave) Heller.

On Nov. 1, 1945 he married Hildreth Adelene Zebert, she survives. He was an electrician for 63 years retiring from Diamler-Chrysler, Kokomo in 1986 and he had also owned and operated Burman Electric, Marion. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Marion, a WWII Navy Veteran, and enjoyed square dancing, hunting and horses. Survivors include his wife, Hildreth Adelene Burman, Marion, children, Carl W.

(Vicki) Burman, Macy, Janet S. McFarren, Marion, Barbetta J. (John) Rickman, Marion, Roxanna (Daniel) Evans, Cochese, Pamela K. (David) Anderson, San Ramon, sister, Garnet 'Dolly' Kistler, Huntington; 14 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert G.
