DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL… it closed for business as of 9/3. We booked and paid for this hotel back in February via a 3rd party website only to arrive to find a sign on the door stating the hotel is closed as of 9/3/22. A man cane out and said the hotel was sold and will be turned into a shelter and websites are still booking this hotel. We were one of many people that thought they had reservations.

Lightbulbs out childlocks on bedroom door dirty towel left in bathroom toliet so short your practically on the floor smelled like cat pee when asked what is there to do that is fun read td I'm not from here.

Breakfast only 7-9 am. 1 elevator not working . Usual breakfast . Bed was comfortable. Just to sleep and shower , worth the value . Not for pleasure. Location good , close to Las Vegas blvd. enough parking

Horrible experience. The room was dirty, the carpet was dirty, there was an awful smell everywhere. I did not cancel my stay because it was paid in advance, but I should have done it. I don't recommend this hotel, don't be fooled by the "by Wyndham" in the title, read the other reviews.

Most disgusting place I've stayed in! Flight was canceled and needed a place to stay, worst experience ever! I should have went back to the airport but the shuttle service they said they have is a flat out lie! So I am stuck and I already paid $30 with Uber getting to this disgusting place

The owners of this hotel have clearly decided to stop maintaining it. When I walked in, I was punched in the face with the strong odor of *********. Look, I'm from the Pacific Northwest, where ********* is everywhere, but this was really bad--like walking into a dispensary. OK, fine. They let people smoke in the rooms. Whatever. I hoped I was on a nonsmoking floor. I took the creaky, graffiti-covered elevator upstairs to discover what awaited me. Other travelers, just arriving from Germany, looked at me, and I looked at them. We all felt a sense of foreboding. Lighting is poor throughout the hallways, with dim and flickering lights that make you feel like you're in a horror movie (I called to complain, and was informed that management is somehow unable to buy light bulbs). When I got to my room, it wasn't much better. A light flickered outside--on, off, on, off. Carpet stains adorned both sides of the bed in stereo, making it look like a murder scene. There was a sketchy stain on the desk chair, bodily fluids, maybe. The sheets on the bed didn't look changed, and felt sticky. I think that they were not washed, but just made up again. I left to get dinner and figure out my next steps. As I returned. about two hours later, some sort of loud eviction started almost next door. Two Las Vegas Metro Police cruisers rolled into the parking lot. Stuff was being thrown into the hallways. The hallway then filled with ********* smoke. A loud argument erupted in an adjoining room, with what sounded like furniture hitting the door. It wasn't even 10pm, and I had seen and heard enough. I booked a room at another hotel, grabbed my stuff (which I hadn't even unpacked), and left. I have stayed in some mediocre places around the world. And look, I don't have super high expectations for a La Quinta. It's not a five star hotel. But I think it's fair for me to expect a clean comfortable room, with adequate lighting and reasonable security. La Quinta failed to deliver this, and charged me anyway. P.S.: This property is so cheap that they don't even put coffee in the room, and there is no housekeeping service either, except by request (but I was told housekeeping had already gone home, so your request may not be honored depending upon the time of day). There is a coffee maker, but you have to ask for coffee at the front desk.

Not suitable for families or those who want to enjoy a decent hotel room. We quickly rebooked elsewhere and will never make this mistake of choosing a place like this ever again. It was the worst choice ever.

Everything was perfect. Breakfast was excellent we colud Cook pur own waffel! The location super and staff extremely kind. The room was clean and position was perfect. I would reccomend this place to everybody.

Great location but badly maintained . The room service is really poor . Average breakfast and be prepared for a musical chair to grab a chair to eat-in . It is walkable from the ***** and attractions .

Room was not cleaned, shower didn't work and didn't turn on, stains on furniture, pee smelled elevators, room smelled like smoke even though there are signs stating "100% smoke free property". Protery is surrounded by homeless and sex workers. Your things might get stolen if you stay there. Not a family friendly place.

Booking the reservations and pulling up to building were over all a decent experience as inheck good. Then when I checked in there were 3 girls fighting, swearing and loud in lobby and the 3 worker just looked at them and did not say anything to them. When checking in I did not get any of my Wyndham Diamond Member Perks offered nor was I acknowledged as a Reward Member. I requested late check-out and he said "ok". Walking to room the elevator and hallways were gross as in needing repairs, cleaning, paint, new flooring and other updates. Room was not dirty but a bit dinghy and pillows were size of decorative pillows. Happy I had a fridge and microwave and place to eat in room. Internet and TV worked fine and I slept ok even with small pillows and a poor mattress.. I had the manager banging on my door at noon to leave as it was check-out time for quests. I told her "I have late check-out" and she said "I didn't approve it". I said "I requested it at time of booking and at check-in" and she said "Nope, not this weekend, I'll give you 10-minutes, more". I said "even as a Diamond Remember Member I can't have my late check-out honored"? She then again says "Not this weekend and you have until 12:15 cause the girls need to get in and clean". I then packed my things and left without showering. On my way out waiting for my Lyft there was a couple in front of the building trying to sell me coolers, travel gear and other things. Lets just say I was pretty disappointed in my stay and felt uncomfortable 75% of my stay. UGH

My wife and I have stayed at this La Quinta multiple times over a period of several years. Although the rate has continued to rise the furnishings and appearence continue to decline. I could not notice one upgrade from over the years. Plus its sad to know I paid $88 on a Tuesday, when after a lityle research found I could have stayed on the ***** in a much nicer Ceasars/Wyndham property for less than half that. During our stay I received a electrical shock while plugging in my cellphone charger. It was more than a shock, the outlet actually blew out a flame which turned my finger black and caused my hand and knuckle to swell. And that was the second room we were placed in. The first room we were assigned smelled like accumalation of years of cigarette smoke. Plus the bathtub faucet had a constant leak and the tub was old and dingy. Also, the hallway outside our room smelled like someone had been smoking cannibas. The area of the hotel has never been great, but even it has seemed to have gotten worse. There are many "transients" who walk through the parking lot at all hours of the day and night. We have caught some people looking over the short wall that surrounds the parking lot watching us and others. The location of the hotel does not make one feel safe. While we have stayed here multiple times and this time was for a stop overnight during our military move cross-country, we will not stay again. Safety, the area, and the lack of renovations are the reasons why.

Room / Passage smells, Room entrance was filled with pet litter.. Middle of night bath tub overflows and smells with black gunky liquid. We were asked to change room . Just for one night. Guest noise in the passage at 1 am.
