We overnighted with five kids and was happily surprised with the cleanliness of the property. checkin was a breeze.

Wonderful hotel. Clean, bright, modern. Fabulous breakfast and great hot tub. This was my second stay in three months at this hotel. It is where I will always stay when I come to Waco.

Overall the holtel was very nice & clean. Breakfast was good, and hotel lobby was nicely decorated.The only issue was our room location on the first floor was close to the elevators & you could hear music from that area & noise from the upper rooms. Pro & cons staying on the first floor.

Front desk night check-in, she was very rude. Put us in a room next to ice machine (sooo loud). Walls are very thin, could hear neighbors in bathroom (not fun). Beds are comfortable, pillows are flat & uncomfortable. And the mail was on her phone cleaning a room, being extremely loud. Hair in shower.

Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and museums. Only issue was person upstairs was loud, but there was a baseball tournament going on so possibly young kids.

Very nice front desk staff and it was a great property for us to stay at that was convenient for us to get to the Extraco Base center for a volleyball tournament. 👍😁

Clean, but beds weren't the best. They were too soft for my wife. She had to sleep on the floor. Standard equipment, but fridge didn't have a freezer section. Built in 2018 so things were still in good condition. Breakfast was your standard sausage, eggs, american hash browns, waffles, and standard other items. Hot food was cold and I had to use the microwave to heat it. Liked the location because of closeness to the Magnolia silos which we visited. Although, Neighborhood was on the questionable side. Staff at front desk could have acted more friendly.

This is a nice clean new hotel in a wonderful location close to Baylor University. The front desk and staff were very helpful. There was also a nice variety at breakfast. And hot tea, hot, cocoa, and coffee always available.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and very clean rooms. The pool/patio area and hot tub were also very nice! I would recommend. We visited Baylor University and this hotel was very close to everything.

Very clean, comfortable bedding, and they had my favorite creamer for coffee ♥️ it was fantastic!!
