Everyone at the hotel is very helpful and informative. Breakfast is a little lacking but its passable. Great location, 7min drive from UCF Addition Financial arena. Cheapest price around too for what it is. Great for a single night stay, maybe 2 but anymore than that the bed will mess your back up and the minimal shower water pressure will irk you.

The cleanliness of the rooms was great. Very easy to find off the main road. The breakfast was subpar.

Was a great location, clean and good service, but 2 comments - - I stayed in room 417 and the TV didn't work right, the volume kept skipping in and out. I told the front desk so they could have it fixed or replaced for the next user, hopefully they did so.- I would have liked to see more options for breakfast, every one of the 3 days I stayed there, it was exactly the same, and NO MEAT - just eggs and potatoes for the hot meal choice

Unfortunately this was not a good room during our stay. One wall switch controlled the tv, the microwave, refrigerator, and lights. We had turn it off in order to sleep. Also, the tub / shower constantly leaking water.

Everything was good besides the handle in the shower fell off, and there was absolutely NO COLD water.. So it was impossible to take a proper shower

Nice hotel, very quiet and the room was very nice. Our only complaint was the key cards kept deactivating. We weren't the only ones having issues with them.

This hotel is fantastic. It is where we always stay when we are visiting UCF. It is right next to the campus so the location is perfect. The price point is excellent. You aren’t going to find a better place for the price. Rooms are all updated and very clean. Breakfast was grear and the overall appearance and upkeep of the property is spot on! You can book with confidence.

The room was clean except for the shower! It was stained and gross. The tubs need a deep cleaning! We only stayed one night and did not use it because of all the stained dirt in the tub!

A lot of wear and tear to be seen but not terrible. Location has many food options to choose from and free breakfast is good. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Would stay again

I was scheduled for 2 nights but i had to k leave earky. I checked out at 9am and i told the desk that i wanted to cancel the second night. Sge took my key and said you are good . But when i saw my credit card charge it billed me 2 nights. Thats so disgusting i know they rented that room to someone else and charged me too. Very bad business model. I will never stay at any of these hotels again.

It was good, they need to clean the shower better (mildew) and definitely check the mattress. Ours was very old. Other then that it was good for a short staying.

Great room, quiet and comfortable except for the room heater - intermittent problem with cycling off and on, reported it the first day and it persistent through our stay so it wasn't fixed - lost a little sleep due to the noise, I just turned it off at 2 am and lived with the cooler room temperature.Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was adequate (scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, bread, juice and coffee.Lots of parking and a safe area.

Front desk staff was great. Hotel itself was okay/acceptable - some dirty spots in suite, parking was a challenge, breakfast was okay.

When we arrived, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room had an odd musty smell to it, our toilet would continuously run until we adjusted the handle just right to make it stop. Overall the room looked pretty clean but and the maid service did a good job. But our window had a film to it like the seal was broken. The hallways were dark and dingy and look like they could be updated. The pool looked like it had not been cleaned in days and the hot tub stopped working on day 3, when this was brought to the attention of the hotel staff, nothing was done or even bothered to try to be done. Hotel breakfast was pretty good, quick and easy.

The staff were nice and friendly, the room was clean and well set when we got there. Overall no complaints, plus the breakfast was good to wake up to.
